Paige Bean, Print Photo Editor

Saving the best for last, senior Paige Bean is entering her final year on staff as the Head Print Photo Editor. Paige has been on staff since her freshman year and taking photos since she was born, thanks to her father. When she’s not in the journalism room, Paige is the Student Body President, a member of Kemper Teen Arts Council, President of the Just Like You Films Youth Advisory Board, and more. Paige hopes to study filmmaking next year and continue creating media.

Sylvie DeGalan, Photo Editor

Entering her second year on Staff as Photo Mentor, junior Sylvie DeGalan is so excited to grow this year as a photographer! When Sylvie is not trying new editing techniques, you can find her playing tennis, swimming at East, or volunteering for SHARE. Sylvie is also a part of the Student Council as a Junior Class representative. In her spare time, she enjoys being with friends and family.

Will Griffith, Online Photo Editor

Entering his sixth semester on staff, senior Will Griffith is excited to take on the role of Head Online Photo Editor. When he’s not making saves as a goalkeeper on the soccer field, he’s behind the camera shooting sports and other stories for The Harbinger. You can also find him up late editing photos and posting galleries or relaxing with friends while playing video games and soccer.

Caroline Martucci, Print Photo Editor

Head Photo Editor senior Caroline Martucci can’t wait to lead the photography staff for her fourth year on staff. When she’s not looking through her wide lens capturing the moment, editing galleries or designing photostories in the J room, you can find her driving around with her friends listening to Taylor Swift. Martucci also serves as Senior Class Vice President, chairs three projects for SHARE and serves on the Women in Leadership Council.

Molly Scott, Photo Mentor

Starting her third year on staff, junior Molly Scott is thrilled to be a Photo Mentor. When Molly isn’t helping the younger photographers on staff, you can find her in the library grinding on a gallery that’s due the next day. Molly spends the free time she has on Cava and Chipotle runs, when she should probably be working on assignments for Harbinger. When Harbinger gets too overwhelming — which is every day — Molly often goes home and takes a three-hour nap to forget about all of her school problems.

Annie Trenkle, Photo Mentor

Going into her second year on staff, Junior Annie Trenkle is a photographer for the Harbinger. Outside of taking photos she is a part of the IB program and her favorite class in school is AP Physics. Annie’s outside of school activities include soccer, tennis, and basketball. She is also the chair of Harvesters Give Lunch and Wayside Waifs SHARE organizations. However, she can also be found doing the things she loves most which is traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Zac Russell, Promotion Manager

Entering his second year on the Harbinger staff, junior Zac Russell is fired up to be a part of this awesome team as a photo mentor. When Zac isn’t procrastinating his Harbinger homework or dashing around town to take photos, you can find him conducting shenanigans with his friends, ordering in the nearest Chipotle line, or jamming out to Morgan Wallen! Zac can’t wait to learn many new ways to capture the best photos and be a part of this awesome staff!

Mason Sajna, Video Editor

As a fourth year harbinger staffer, senior Mason Sajna is excited to be a leader on staff this year as a Video Editor, Photo Mentor and Equipment Manager. When he isn’t in the J room editing a video or trying to find some tripod piece, Mason is running as a varsity track and cross country runner and is in five AP classes. When things finally slow down, Mason likes to spend his free time with his friends or just hang out at home.

Amelie Wong, Online Photo Editor

Senior Amelie Wong is entering her third and final year on staff as Harbinger’s first ever head online photo editor. Though she is still trying to figure out all of the responsibilities for her new role, she is so excited to see what new challenges this year brings. When Amelie is not in the J-room you can probably find her at Target buying more Red Bull or Starbucks getting her third coffee of the day.

Addie Clark, Photo Editor

Entering her third year on staff and maybe final year on staff, joking. Junior Addie Clark is excited to continue her role as Assistant Photo Editor. This year, she is excited to shoot swim & dive, design more photo stories and of course, feast on deadline diners. When Addie is not waiting for Bridge to load, you can find her spending money at Yogurtini, hanging out with her friends, at swim practice, or stressing about school.
