In the sixth and final round of diving, senior Abby Hunt suffered a concussion from striking the water. Sophomore Zoey Allen placed second, scoring 205 points, 18 points behind first place. Allen also qualified for the state meet for the six dive. SM East competed against Blue Valley West and SM Northwest. The Lancers placed second to Blue Valley West, which is the girls’ top competitor for the state championship.
Girls dive will have their next meet on Saturday, April 4, at Prairie Trail Middle School.
