The Lancers defeated the SM South Raiders 1-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 24. Throughout the first half both the Lancers and Raiders both saw possession with the Lancers taking the lead with their first and only goal by senior Ben Perkins early in the first half. In the second half SM South became more physical picking up four yellow cards with the Lancers holding the Raiders to no goals.
The next boys varsity soccer game is on Tuesday Oct. 1, against Olathe West at 7 p.m. at SMAC.
