This past Tuesday, March 28 the special education students of SME took a field trip to the CAA. The students arrived and gathered for a group photo and then were brought upstairs to begin their tasks. Each student received a lanyard with three different tasks in two different rooms including vacuuming, sorting silverware and sorting files. Each student had a cadet teacher who helped guide them if they needed help with any of their given tasks. After the students completed all of their tasks they were given the opportunity to go into a conference room where they could play with legos, color, etc.
