Every Wednesday, the Ping Pong Club meets by room 402 to play ping pong. Two ping pong tables are set up in the chemistry hallway and the club plays until 3:30 pm. “Ping pong club is really fun,” said senior Spencer Collins. “It’s a great time.” The club consists of three or four who regularly showing up. The club started last year when it was discovered that East had two broken ping pong tables that needed fixing. Sophomore Jackson Burrows and his brother senior Connor Burrows came in on weekends to fix the tables over a period of about two weeks. “We [have] a good table and a bad table,” said Collins. “We [have] to bring in our own paddles and balls.”
