On Saturday, Sept. 13, Olathe North hosted the Olathe Twilight Cross Country Meet at Olathe District Activity Center. There were 52 schools in attendance. The SM East boys cross country team placed 25th overall with a team score of 729 and the girls came in 4th overall with a team score of 194. East had two girls who placed in the top 20, junior Charlotte Hardy and senior Chloe Swan. Hardy came in 4th place with a time of 18:19.40 and Swan came in 15th place with a time of 18:47.10.
SM East Cross Country will have their next meet on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Topeka West High School.
