Gallery: Varsity Football Defeats SM North 35-34

At the 2022 SM East homecoming game, the Lancers defeated the SM North Bisons 35-34 on Sept. 23. East lead by five going into half time and North came back by one at the end of the third quarter. The teams were tied 28-28 by the end of regulation time leading to East’s first overtime of the season. North began with a touchdown, but after a failed 2 point conversion, returned possession to East. The Lancers then scored a touchdown with a 10 yard run by senior Cole Clesi and defeated North with a field goal by Senior Henry Anderson. East ran a total of 42 plays for 200 yards, while North ran 75 for 191 yards.

The Lancers next game will be Friday, Sept 30 at 7 p.m. at the SM South Stadium vs SM West
