University of Missouri Coaches Come to East

At approximately 12 p.m. Tuesday, the Missouri Tigers’ football team had a bus parked in the front circle drive of East. Missouri assistant coach Andy Hill and first year graduate assistant, Mack Brown, son of East athletic director Sam Brown were touring around area high schools meeting with possible recruits. Their other stops included Blue Valley High School and Olathe South.

Hill and Mack Brown spent time talking with head football coach Chip Sherman and Sam Brown. Sam Brown told the Harbinger Online that Missouri is not currently recruiting anyone here, but they are expressing interest in junior quarterback Jordan Darling. Darling has already received offers from KU and gaining interest from other Division I schools. For more on Darling, check out Corbin Barnds’ article here.
