Gallery: Varsity Volleyball Defeats Olathe West

Winning in two sets, girls varsity volleyball defeated Olathe West on Thursday, Sept 30. The first set ended with a score of 25-15. Throughout the second set, the team succeeded in maintaining their lead, and the set ended with a score of 25-18. For the whole match, the team had 6 aces, 22 kills, and 18 digs. With a total of 12, kills Sophomore Anna Alexander had the highest number of the match. At this point in the season, the team’s record is 13-10. The Senior Night ceremony took place following the game, and before the warmups for the second game in the triangular. The varsity football team came to the game to support the team after their practice. This was the last home game of the season.

Varsity Volleyball’s next game is a dual against SM Northwest on Tuesday, Oct 5 at 6 p.m. The game will be played at SM Northwest.
