Gallery: Varsity Football vs SM South

The Lancers took on the Shawnee Mission South Raiders on Thursday, September 27 at 7 pm.  The final score was 37-7. During the game, the SME Cheer Clinic cheered on the players. Throughout the game, the Lancers led South, except for the first moments of the game where the Raiders had a temporary lead.

Ty Browning is a junior at Shawnee Mission East and is a photographer. This will be his third year on staff. He enjoys rock climbing and loves disc golf as well as playing tennis for East. He's excited to continue his sister's legacy on the harbinger and can't wait to improve his photography skills. »

Trevor Paulus

Senior Trevor Paulus is ready for his, not exactly normal, 3rd year on staff. This year Trevor is the Head Photo Editor and is excited to take on the challenges this position offers. You can always see Sporting his black camera bag and constantly changing lenses for the perfect shot. Besides Harbinger, Trevor is involved in Chinese Club, NHS, NCHS, Share, Playing tennis or staying active. If you don't see him with a camera he is most likely blasting music while driving around with friends. »

Megan Stopperan

Junior Megan Stopperan is a Head Photo Mentor and going into her second year on staff. She is involved with SHARE, Girls Golf, and Orchestra at East. If you can’t find her at East or taking pictures, she’s probably at the golf course. »

Kate Nixon

Kate Nixon is a senior going into her third year on staff. This year, she is a co-head photo editor and involved in swim, Freelancer, Coalition, and Share. Outside of school, she enjoys working with animals, volunteering, and napping. »
