Gallery: Varsity Baseball falls to Olathe West 13-3

In a rainy game, the Lancer varsity baseball team fell to Olathe West Owls 13-3 last Tuesday. Freshman Carter Rose scored the first run in the second inning and by the third inning, the Lancers were down 1-6. Freshman Colton Sims hit a home run in the top of the third inning, bringing the score 2-7. Sims made another run in the 5th inning, scoring the last run for the Lancers. The Olathe West continued to score until the end of the game, and the Lancers were defeated 13-3.

The team’s next game will be played on Thursday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. against Lawrence. The away game will take place at Lawrence High School.
