Gallery: Track Varsity Relays

In the Lancers second meet of the season, the girls placed fourth with 66.50 points and the boys placed 12th with 27 points. On Sunday, April 5, varsity track competed against 24 different schools and placed in seven different events. Senior Paige Stanfield broke a school record in javelin with the previous record being 142 feet and the new record being 146 feet. “I was super excited to get this personal record because I've been working hard on throwing further and I hope to break it again in the future,” Stanfield said. This was the Lancers second meet of the season and they will have a total of six meets this season.

The Lancers next meet will be on Friday, April 10 at Blue Valley District Stadium.
