The theater department held their first fundraiser of the year on Friday, Aug. 18 after school in the front lot. Theater director and english teacher Mr. Cappello enjoys the car wash as a way to kick off the year is excited to see what this school year has to bring. “[The car wash] is early on in the year so we get a whole bunch of kids interested in theater and gets the excitement going” Cappello said, “the kids get a chance to learn and bond with each other.”
The first theater performance of the year will be the Musical Revue that will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.
