With only one game left in the regular season, Girls JV Lacrosse defeats St. Thomas Aquinas 10-1. Girls JV hosted St. Thomas Aquinas on Wednesday, April 26 in their second to last home game of the season before playoffs. Goals were scored by freshmen Emily McShane, Cate Conrad, Charlotte Whissel, LJ Morrissey, sophomore Maggie Condon (2) and juniors Sophia Wehner (3) and Kate Kostner. “I’m kind of sad it’s [almost] over” said sophomore Paige Henderson, “but we’ll go on playoffs and I’m really hoping that we go back to the championship and win like we did last year to make, three years in a row.”

Shawnee Mission is scheduled to play their last home game before playoffs on Friday, May 5 against St. James at 6 p.m. at Westridge Middle School.
