Gallery: Shawnee Mission Girls Lacrosse Defeats Lafayette 13-6

Lafayette traveled from St. Louis to play the girls lacrosse team for their second home game of the season. The Shawnee Mission Girls lacrosse team defeated Lafayette on Sat, April 1. The team started off strong with their first goal scored in under a minute. Throughout the first half, it started off as a close game, but then Shawnee Mission pulled through and ended the half with a score of 11-4. Freshman at Mill Valley, Riley Thomas was the top scorer, shooting all five goals, not missing one. The Shawnee Mission girls team ended the game with a score of 13-6.
