Gallery: Service Seminar

The SHARE program hosted its second monthly Service Seminar and created over 200 items for different groups to donate to local nonprofits. Held in the commons on Nov. 18, the Service Seminar allowed student volunteers to come and make an array of items for KC Paws along with Uplift KC. Over 25 students came to support the projects in which they make cat toys and kits for veterans. At the event, SHARE Executives also advertised their Angel Tree to donate gifts to children in need for Christmas. They said, “All you need to do is grab a tag off the tree, buy the gift, and return it to the bins next to the tree.”

SHARE’s next event is on Dec. 11 to help support the Johnson County Christmas Bureau.
