Gallery: Girls JV Lacrosse Defeats Saint Theresa’s Academy 7-6

The girls JV lacrosse team defeated Saint Theresa’s Academy 7-6 during their first game of the season on Wednesday, March 22. This was the team’s first game of the season against one of their biggest rivals in the league. The team started off behind in the first few minutes of the first half, but made their way ahead to ultimately defeat the Stars following SM varsity’s win earlier in the night. “I’d say that it was definitely interesting to see how we all played together since JV hasn’t all played together yet this year and we had a lot of new girls and freshmen,” said junior Caroline Reiser.

The girls next game will be on March 28 vs. Saint James Academy at 6 p.m.
