Gallery: Girls Gymnastics All-Around Meet

Junior Caroline Gorman and freshman Zoe Chaney competed in the girls gymnastics all-around meet on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at SM South. Both girls competed in all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Junior Caroline Gorman placed 4th on bars, 5th on beam, and 6th all around. Gorman also qualified for the state championship as an individual.

The varsity gymnastics state championship will take place on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. at SM West.

Senior Jill Rice is entering her third year on staff as a photographer, and is excited to learn new things this year. If she’s not busy taking photos, you can find her doing hours of IB Diploma homework or practicing gymnastics. She is also a Share Chair for Deanna Rose, a part of National Honors Society, and an International Club member. In her extra free time, you can find her paddleboarding, napping or watching the sunset with friends. »
