Gallery: Girls C-Team Basketball Defeats Bishop Miege 42-11

Before the girls JV and varsity games, the girls C-team hosted Bishop Miege for their third game of the season. By the end of the first quarter, the Lancers led 9-3. At halftime, the Lancers held their lead 17-5. To start the fourth quarter, the Lancers were up 33-9. SM East defeated Bishop Miege 42-11. Sophomore Sophia Beedle led all scorers with 13 points. Second leading scorer, freshman Gabrielle King had 11 points, King also shot the only successful 3-Pointer in the game. The team’s record is now 2-1.

The next girls C-team basketball game is against Lawrence at Lawrence High School this Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.

In addition to Harbinger, Mj is one of the SHARE chairs on the Breast Cancer Awareness Bake Sale and Unleashed projects. When she isn’t shooting galleries, you’ll find her watching movies with friends, cooking with family or trying a new coffee shop. Mj can’t wait to see what this year brings and is pumped to capture her senior year. »
