Gallery: Freshmen Link Dance

In a blur of smoke, flashing lights, and loud music, the freshmen class of 2027 attended the yearly Link Dance hosted by the Link Crew on Friday, August 18. The Link Dance is a tradition meant to welcome the new freshmen to East. The Link Crew and the freshmen all came dressed in pink outfits to fit the dance’s Barbie theme.

Mason Sajna

Junior Mason Sajna is excited for his third year on staff. As an equipment manager, photographer and multimedia staffer, Mason does a lot on the staff. Mason is pumped to see what this year has to bring, along with Cross Country, Track and Field and honors and AP classes. »

Kenna Harrington

After only a semester on staff, senior Kenna Harrington is ready to step into the role of Head Photographer. Along with the other Head Photographers, Kenna is thrilled to see what herself and the staff have in store for them this year! If not scrolling through Adobe Bridge or editing photos, you can find Kenna playing varsity soccer or binging a new show. »

Liv Madden

Entering her third and final year on staff, senior Liv Madden is ready to set a good example and be a great leader as Head photo editor. While she is not sitting in the back of the journalism room with her fellow staff members, she enjoys playing Lacrosse, being a member of the student store, and competing in DECA. »
