Gallery: Boys Varsity Soccer vs. SM West

The boys varsity soccer team won their game 3-0 against Shawnee Mission West on Friday, August 30. Junior Drew Parisi scored the first goal of the season in the first half, followed by another goal from senior Simon Zimmerman. Junior Caden Nicholson scored the third goal in the second half of the game.

Junior Elle Karras is excited to be going into her second semester on Harbinger as the Mobile Media Photo Editor. Along with Harbinger, she enjoys traveling, trips to coffee shops, volunteering, and jamming out to music with her friends. »

Senior Trevor Paulus is ready for his, not exactly normal, 3rd year on staff. This year Trevor is the Head Photo Editor and is excited to take on the challenges this position offers. You can always see Sporting his black camera bag and constantly changing lenses for the perfect shot. Besides Harbinger, Trevor is involved in Chinese Club, NHS, NCHS, Share, Playing tennis or staying active. If you don't see him with a camera he is most likely blasting music while driving around with friends. »

Megan Biles

Megan Biles
As her third year on staff, senior Megan Biles is very excited for her last year on this marvelous publication. She is starting her second year as Photo Mentor and her first year as Mobile Media Photo editor. At East, Megan is also involved in STUCO, Student Store, DECA, Track and Field, and is a Pep Exec. Outside of school you can find Megan hanging out with her friends, taking Zumba classes at the local Y, and baking some delicious muffins for her business, Megan’s Munchies. In these very different times Megan is trying to make the most of her Senior year. »

Back and stressed as ever, senior Phoebe Hendon is relieved her second year on staff has come along to put an end to corona-cation. As co-Head Copy Editor, Phoebe can’t wait to see what caffeine-induced benders Harbinger sends her on this year. When she’s not writing 1000+ word first drafts or editing until her headaches are louder than the Harry Styles she’s listening to, she’s probably downing her 3rd package of Costco seaweed in the trenches of a Netflix binge. »
