Gallery: Boys Varsity Soccer defeats SM North 5-0

On senior night, the boys’ varsity soccer team defeated SM North 5-0 on Oct 5 at 7 p.m. The Lancer Dancers came out to dance during halftime and create a tunnel for senior night. Starting off strong, senior Ryan Vanice takes a shot at the goal and scores the first goal of the game. Throughout the rest of the first half, senior Vinni Bortolotti and junior Ryan Grinstead sink two more balls in the back of the net, ending halftime ahead 3-0. Having possession for the majority of the game, seniors Vinni Bortolotti and Ben Weiland succeed in scoring two more goals. By the end of the game, the Lancers won 5-0.

The team has an off week, and the next game they will play is on Oct 19 at 7 p.m. The game is against Mill Valley at Mill Valley High School.

Good luck finding her! In any spare time she has, there is a good chance she’s watching the sunset while listening to Taylor Swift, Celsius in hand. »

Senior Emily Pollock is going into her last year on The Harbinger as a photo mentor. She is excited to spend her senior year at deadlines, in the J-room and on many photo adventures. Outside of The Harbinger she’s involved in tennis, swimming, DECA and lacrosse. When she isn’t shooting, you can find her at Starbucks, Barnes and Noble or hanging with her friends. Emily cannot wait to see what the year brings on The Harbinger. »
