Gallery: Boys Varsity Lacrosse Defeats Olathe Lacrosse 15-6

The boys varsity lacrosse team defeated Olathe Lacrosse 15-6 on Wednesday, April 27. The first goal of the game was scored by junior Will Feagans who plays the attack position. At the end of the first quarter, the score was 5-1. Going into the second quarter, the next goal was scored by sophomore Christian Gooley giving the Lancers a 6-3 lead. At the end of first half, the Lancers led 9-3. During the second half, the Lancers outscored Olathe 6-3 resulting in a 15-6 victory.

The team’s next game will be played on Friday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. against Pembroke High School.

Senior Jill Rice is entering her third year on staff as a photographer, and is excited to learn new things this year. If she’s not busy taking photos, you can find her doing hours of IB Diploma homework or practicing gymnastics. She is also a Share Chair for Deanna Rose, a part of National Honors Society, and an International Club member. In her extra free time, you can find her paddleboarding, napping or watching the sunset with friends. »
