Gallery: Boys Varsity Basketball falls to Rival Shawnee Mission South 64-69

The boys basketball team lost to rival Shawnee Mission South in a nail biter game that came down to the last minute of play. This loss was the first of the season for the Lancers making their record 3-1. Usually, the East VS South game is packed with student sections on each side, but with Covid-19 restrictions, only parents were allowed to attend this yearly rival game. The Lancers held a sizable lead in the first half, but quickly the Raiders were able to close that gap in the 3rd quarter and prove victorious by the end of the game. The Lancers next game will be another big rival game crossing state lines to go head to head with the Rockhurst Hawklets this Friday.
