Gallery: Boys Varsity and JV Wrestling Tournament

JV and varsity boys wrestling hosted several different schools in the main gym this past Wednesday, Dec. 7. The meet started at 4 p.m. and went on until around 6 p.m. Four mats were set up between the main gym and the east wrestling room for the boys to start their matches. JV and varsity began matches against several different schools including SM South, Shawnee Mission NW, and others.

Boys varsity will have their next meet on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 9 a.m. vs. Anderson County located in Anderson County. Boys JV will have their next meet on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 5 p.m. vs. Blue Valley NW located at Blue Valley NW High School.

In Madi’s free time she enjoys being with her friends and family, playing soccer, going to the lake, driving around with her friends, and working. Madi is so excited for this upcoming semester and the new experiences and memories Madi will create. »

Molly Miller

Starting her third year on the Harbinger staff, junior Molly Miller is thrilled to get started as a photo mentor! In Molly’s free time you can find her playing soccer or tennis for high school or club teams and volunteering for an organization known as NCL. You can also find her listening to Taylor Swift (specifically Folklore) or hanging out with her friends! »

Starting his second year on staff, junior Alex Sajna is ready for his second year of harbinger and to do his best as a photographer and videographer. When he’s not waiting for Adobe Premiere to render or taking photos, Alex is running XC, hanging out with friends or doing AP homework. »

Claire Goettsch

Claire Goettsch
Going into her second semester on Harbinger staff as a photo mentor, junior Claire Goettsch is excited to gain new photo experiences and watch herself improve throughout the year. When she’s not behind the camera or editing photos, Claire juggles many different sports and AP and IB classes. At any free time Claire can get during the week, you can catch her watching her favorite Netflix shows with her dogs and eating goldfish, especially the flavor blasted kind. »
