SM East sophomore Boys came out strong in the first half scoring a solid 15 points and secured a 52–44 victory over SM North in a competitive matchup.
East controlled the pace for most of the game using disciplined defense and smart ball movement to keep SM North from gaining momentum. Key scoring runs helped East build and maintain their lead while SM North fought hard to stay in the game and made several attempts to close the gap.
In the end, Lancers consistency and teamwork proved to be the difference earning them a well deserved win over their cross-district rival.
