Gallery: Boys Sophomore Basketball Defeats Rival Shawnee Mission South 45-24

On Tuesday the boys sophomore team secured their 6th win of the season with a blowout against rival Shawnee Mission South to make their record 6-1 for the season. The Lancers dominated the entire game, not allowing South to make a comeback. The sophomore team was lead to this victory by their coach, business teacher Kevin Wiesner. The boys next game will be Thursday, January 28th against Saint Thomas Aquinas.

As her third year on staff, senior Megan Biles is very excited for her last year on this marvelous publication. She is starting her second year as Photo Mentor and her first year as Mobile Media Photo editor. At East, Megan is also involved in STUCO, Student Store, DECA, Track and Field, and is a Pep Exec. Outside of school you can find Megan hanging out with her friends, taking Zumba classes at the local Y, and baking some delicious muffins for her business, Megan’s Munchies. In these very different times Megan is trying to make the most of her Senior year. »
