The boys’ and girls’ bowling teams had their end-of-season banquet at Olathe Mission Bowl on Wednesday, March 9. Instead of a traditional banquet, the teams decided to hold a Baker tournament after pizza and awards. East Principal Jason Peres spoke briefly to the bowlers and their families about the successes they had during their season. Head Coach Frederick Elliott and Assistant Coach Tim Brill handed out certificates to all team members as they announced big achievements. Each bowler was given a bowling pin that had their teammates’ signatures on it. The pins serve as a memory for the season.
