Face-Off S4: Episode 1 | The Rebuild

The Shawnee Mission East Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team traveled to Dallas, Texas on February 25th to play against three, well-developed, competitive teams. The Lancers were hoping to end the weekend with a strong 3-0 record, but unfortunately finished with an 0-3 record instead. The team is determined to start their season off successfully with a win against Lee Summit United. Follow the lancers along during their season, seeking to redeem themselves from last year’s loss in the LAKC Championship against Rockhurst High School.

When Kate isn’t taking sports photos, specifically lacrosse ones, she can be found babysitting, rewatching 10 Things I Hate About You, and hanging out with friends. During school hours, Kate is taking AP classes, playing tennis, being social media coordinator for the Freelancer, being a chair for Unified Teams, and playing varsity lacrosse. »

Paige Zadoo
Senior Paige Zadoo is in her final year on The Harbinger as Co-Head-Social Media-Editor, writer, Copy Editor and designer. Although she’s filled with sadness to leave her second family, Zadoo can’t wait to innovate and create on staff this year. If she’s not in the backroom editing a new staffer’s story, finalizing her opinion highlights design or creating countless social media posts, you can find Zadoo binging One Tree Hill in the background while finishing her IB English homework, attending Power Life classes or spending as much time with friends as possible. »
