Please talk with the Tony hawk foundation they have a new name the skatepark project! Way to many skateparks that are built with lack of experience to provide a quality park! If you build a bad park you just spent money on something that nobody can use! Also look at other really popular skate parks why are they good! If scooters and bikes are allowed then you have to make the park big and wide! To many accidents on small tight skateparks. The problem is bikes and scooters turn different than skateboards! Check out Linda Vista skatepark, Arvada skatepark, Denver skatepark, Fremont skatepark! If you build it right they will skate built wrong opens up the city for skateboarding and outs kids and people at risk!
