The counseling center will once again be hosting their annual college clinic in the East auditorium and auxiliary gym. Each year, representatives from over 200 universities travel to the Kansas City area to participate in this event. Hosted on Oct. 14 at 8:30 p.m., the night will allow students to meet and talk with different college officials.
At the clinic, students and their parents are encouraged to talk with representatives and ask specific questions about the application process. This night serves as a valuable tool to learn about new potential universities and colleges across the nation.
“I will definitely be going to the clinic,” junior Kendall Dunbar said. “I just want to get an opportunity to talk to different college reps and maybe learn about some new schools.”
The event is free and open to students anywhere. The full list of colleges attending can be found here. Students are also encouraged to pre-register for the event, which they can do here.
