Today is Lunch Lady Day for Stuco students, meaning that about 40 Stuco members will be serving lunch during all three lunch periods. Stuco members were assigned a lunch period and taught proper health procedures, such as wearing hair nets, before the event. The day gives the cafeteria workers a break, as well as teaching students about the job and providing fun for all of the students involved.
“I’m excited to get a look behind the scenes and be able to see what the lunch ladies do every day to provide for the students,” senior Corinne Stratton said. “I always bring my lunch so this will also give me a look into the chaos of the lunch room.”
