Robotics – “Gracious professionalism”

Robotics club functions like most sports, with year round conditioning, but a focused six week season that revolves around building the robot. Biweekly meetings (on Monday and Wednesday) begin in November and condition for teamwork, problem solving, and cooperation. The team not only competes in the annual FIRST Robotics Competition, but also coordinate outreach programs with local Elementary schools to present the robot and educate students about science and engineering.
