Homegrown Profile: Local Talk

Local Talk started in the middle of seventh grade. They started solely learning covers by bands like The Cars, The Beatles, Green Day, and others, but after a while began to focus on original songs. The members of the band include Max Braasch, on drums, Ian Harmon, on lead guitar, Gardner Grantham, lead vocals, and Thomas Petrie, on bass. Just recently, Local Talk got the opportunity to make a sample cd with Jason Taylor, from the band Hanson. Local Talk plays for parties, school events, charity events, runs, or really anything they can get their hands on.
