Humans of East: Ainsley Cornelius

“Not a lot of people know that I do operas with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City…In sixth grade I went to opera camp with the Lyric Opera, and that was really fun. In most operas, there is a children’s chorus and I’ve been in it four times… Most of the time you sing in different languages, and the one I am doing now is the first one I’ve done in English. I’ve done two in Italian and one in french…French is the hardest, the accent is really hard.”
