Gallery: Girls Varsity Soccer defeats JV 3-0 in Scrimmage

The Girls Varsity Soccer team won against JV 3-0 in a scrimmage last Thursday. Every year, all three teams scrimmage each other before the official season starts for practice. The scrimmage was 30 minutes long and was played on the SME soccer field. Varsity held the lead for the entire game, with the first goal scored by Sophomore Ashley Koch.

Both teams’ first official game is on March 17 against Shawnee Mission South. JV will play at 5:00 pm and varsity will play at 7:00 pm at Shawnee Mission Soccer Complex.
