Gallery: Winter Meet the Coach Night

On Monday, November 28, 2017 Shawnee Mission East hosted the winter season Meet the Coach Night. The sports presenting were wrestling, basketball, and swimming. First, principal Dr. John McKinney kicked off the evening by stressing the importance of athletics in academic success. Following, Athletic Director Debbie Katzfey introduced the coaches and spoke about district and high school rules. Lastly, before breaking into individual sports, guest speaker Greg Gurley spoke about his experiences in sports.
