Gallery: Volleyball Senior Night

After the varsity volleyball team defeated Olathe West, they had their senior night prior to playing Shawnee Mission South on Thursday Sept. 30. They defeated South 25-16 in the first set and 25-20 in the second. There are four seniors on the varsity team this year including Ella Bunde, Aina Lewis, Maddi Van Asselt, and Courtenay Tetrick. Each senior had an announcement that mentioned their favorite memories and who they wanted to thank. They were given flowers from an underclassman player and walked out with family members. Varsity volleyball’s next game is a dual against SM Northwest on Tuesday, Oct 5 at 6 p.m at SM Northwest.
