Gallery: Varsity Girls Basketball falls to SMNW 49-31

The Lancers fell to the Shawnee Mission Northwest 49-31 on Friday, Jan. 17. Junior Paige Stanfield was the leading scorer with seven in the first half and 13 total points making her the highest rebounding leader in Sunflower League Girls Basketball with a 12.7 average rebounds per game according to @sunflower_smack on Instagram. Junior Fina Kessler was the second highest scorer with 9 points. The team’s record is now 4-3.

The Lancers next play Wednesday, Jan. 22 in a tournament at Blue Valley North at 5:30 p.m.
