Last Friday, East played and won against Shawnee Mission North at Shawnee Mission North stadium. During this game, both teams competed for the Nut Cup, which is still in possession by Shawnee Mission East. East started the first half with 7 touchdowns. North made a touchdown during third quarter, with a missed PAT. East defeated North, 59-6.
