On Tuesday, March 7, the eighth track practice for the girls and boys varsity and JV track team began at 3 pm. Everyone began by warming up, either by doing runs, jumps, squats, or stretches. After everyone finished stretching together, everyone broke out into their own group to practice, whether that be long distance running or pole vaulting. One of the main objectives of this practice was to complete the 400 time trials for the track runners. After these time trials, a regular practice continued until about 5:30 pm.
