The SME theatre department held their first fundraiser of the year on Friday, Aug. 23 at 3 p.m. in the senior parking lot. Theatre students washed cars to help fund the SME theatre program. “The theater car wash is always such a great way for the freshmen to start getting involved,” sophomore Gretchen Anast said. “We had an amazing turnout this year, especially with the freshmen, and even had alumni Ian Flynn stop by to get his car washed and say hi.”
The first theatre performance of the year will be the Musical Revue, which will take place on Sept. 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

Sophomore Francesca Lorusso is excited for her second year on the Harbinger staff as a staff photographer and assistant art editor. When she isn’t busy sorting through her entire memory card, you can find her playing tennis with friends, attending an international club meeting or on a bike ride through Loose park. »
