Every week different elementary school classes come to East to learn about the environment. East students who take the environmental education class teach the elementary students about the animals, where they live, what they eat, and other information about the animals and their habitats. They educate students on the environment and how to keep it clean as well. On Thursday, students from Cottonwood Point Elementary came to east to see the variety of animals including snakes, birds, and fish.
