Gallery: SM East Boys Varsity Tennis Wins Quad 11-1

Varsity boys tennis won the District Tournament at Harmon park with 39 total points on April 8. Two members of the varsity team competed in singles, while the remainder played doubles at SM Northwest. Sophomore Christopher Long went 4-0 in Singles 1, and freshman Miles Broce went 3-1. The District meet consisted of players from SM North, SM West, SM Northwest, SM South and SM East. The varsity team’s next competition will be on April 10 at Baldwin High School.

Annie Trenkle
Going into her second year on staff, Junior Annie Trenkle is a photographer for the Harbinger. Outside of taking photos she is a part of the IB program and her favorite class in school is AP Physics. Annie’s outside of school activities include soccer, tennis, and basketball. She is also the chair of Harvesters Give Lunch and Wayside Waifs SHARE organizations. However, she can also be found doing the things she loves most which is traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. »
