Gallery: Lancer Day Parade

The annual Lancer Day Parade was held on Friday, September 20th. This year’s theme was Lancers around the World. Different teams, clubs, and grade levels decorated floats based on the parade’s theme. The parade walked down Mission Road from Shawnee Mission East to the Village. A pep rally was held after the parade under the clock tower in the Prairie Village Shopping Center. Pep Rally members Claire Gilman, Eileen Sieck, and Madeline Peters spoke at the pep rally along with Principal John McKinney, Mayor of Prairie Village Ron Shaffer, Stuco President Morgan Twibell, and varsity football captains Mitchell Tyler, Luke Taylor, Christian Blessen, and Ryan Carter.
