Gallery: JV Boys Soccer Win 2-0 Against SM West

Boys JV soccer kicked off their season with a win against SM West Friday, Aug. 26 at the Shawnee Mission Athletic Complex. Students and parents from both schools filled the stands to cheer on the teams, regardless of the hot August weather. In the first half, sophomore JJ Paben scored the only goal in the half, raising the score 1-0. Paben scored a second goal in the last few minutes of the game. When the final whistle blew Lancers beat SM West 2-0.

The Lancer's next game will be Tuesday, Sep. 13 against SM Northwest at 5:00 p.m. at the Shawnee Mission Athletic Complex.
