The girls varsity volleyball defeated Olathe East in three sets on Tuesday, Sept. 9. In the first set, the Lancers jumped out to a 6-1 lead, but then Olathe East came back to tie it at 6-6. The Lancers won the first set 25-16. After huddling up with their coach, the Lancers started the second set. The Lancers won the second set 25-11. Later, in the third set, the score was close but then the Lancers pulled it through and won 25-19. Their next match is a home game Sept. 11th at 6:30 p.m. vs SM Northwest.
