Gallery: Girls Varsity Soccer Defeats Olathe West 1-0

After battling for the ball almost the whole game, the girls’ varsity soccer team defeated Olathe West in their first overtime game of the season on Tuesday, April 25, by a score of 1-0. The only goal of the game was a penalty kick scored by freshman Kate Lucas. During the normal length of the game, goals were not scored by either team. Both teams shared equal possession throughout, while also battling for a goal for the duration of the game.

The next girls’ varsity soccer game will be on Friday, April 28 at the SM Soccer Complex, Field 2, against Mill Valley at 7 P.M.

Madi is so excited for this upcoming semester and the new experiences and memories Madi will create. »

When she’s not editing in Photoshop in the backroom, Molly is hanging out with friends, cleaning her room, or going for a walk around Prairie Village listening to Zach Bryan or Megan Moroney. »
