Gallery: Girls Varsity Lacrosse Defeats St. James Academy 15-14

In the first game of the season, the SM Girls Lacrosse team defeated St. James. The first goal of the season was scored by senior Izzy Wong, who was a leading scorer of the game along with senior Brynn Delaney. In total they scored ten of the 15 goals. The lancers led at half time 8-6. Seven more goals were scored in the last half leading the lancers to a win.

The Shawnee Mission Girls Lacrosse team went on to defeat Lee’s Summit North 15-3 on Wednesday, March 26, this weekend the girls JV and varsity lacrosse teams will travel to St. Louis, MO to play in two games.
