The Shawnee Mission girls lacrosse played against Blue Valley, defeating them 11-8 on Friday April 1. Sophomore Lauren McGuire scored the first goal of the game during the first half, putting Lancers in the lead. The Lancers lead 6-0 at half, and kept their lead the entirety of the game. The next Girls Varsity Lacrosse game vs. St. Thomas Aquinas takes place on Tuesday, April 5 at 7:30 pm, located at the Westridge Middle School Field 1.
